What happens when you attempt to use AI to completely transform your life?

I’m Shauna, and for 365 days I’m putting AI to the test on my actual life.

I’m testing whether it can help me get healthier, become more organised, learn faster, make better decisions and create new sources of income.

I don’t know how much of it will work. That’s the point.

I’m documenting the experiments, the results, the failures and the things I decide AI has absolutely no business doing.

Tracking the numbers behind the experiment

One year. Real experiments. Actual results.

I’m not asking AI to run my life.

I’m using it as a tool to test ideas, solve problems and challenge the way I normally do things.

Each experiment starts with a question.

Can AI help me make money?
Can it make my week less chaotic?
Can it help me get fitter?
Can it teach me something faster?

Then I test the answer in real life and track what actually happens.

No pretending everything works. No AI miracle claims.

If it helps, I keep it. If it doesn’t, I tell you.

If something works for me, can it work for you?

AI Life Experiment isn’t about watching me ask ChatGPT questions for a year.

I’m trying to find practical ways ordinary people can use AI in real life.

That could mean getting AI to:

  • find what’s making your week unnecessarily difficult;
  • challenge an idea instead of automatically agreeing with you;
  • help you test a new way of earning money;
  • turn a vague goal into something measurable;
  • spot patterns in your habits, spending or time;
  • or ask better questions before trying to give you an answer.

When I find something genuinely useful, I’ll break it down so you can decide whether it’s worth trying yourself.

My experiment. Your possibilities.
