Welcome to AI Life Experiment.

I’ve spent years wondering what I could become if I finally got out of my own way.

On my 35th birthday, I’m starting an experiment that I hope will completely change my life.

I’ve wanted to pursue entrepreneurship for years, but life hasn’t exactly followed a straight line. I’ve had a difficult road getting here full of bumps, tragedies, and events that I can’t comprehend how I made it through. My life can be chaotic, and organisation has never come naturally to me. I’m constantly juggling ideas, responsibilities and ambitions, while feeling like I could be capable of so much more if I could just bring everything together.

So I started wondering: what would happen if I stopped using AI casually and actually used it to help me overhaul my life from the ground up?

Could it help me become more organised? Build better habits? Learn faster? Make better use of my time? Finally build the business I’ve always wanted?

Could it help me become the version of myself I’ve spent years imagining?

I’m not an AI expert, and I don’t know how this turns out. I’m learning as I go, testing everything on my own life and documenting the wins, failures, uncomfortable moments and everything in between.

The goal isn’t to hand my life over to AI.

It’s to find out how much it can help me build the life I’ve always wanted.

„Could AI help me completely overhaul my life and become the version of myself I’ve always wanted to be?.“

– I decided I wanted to find out

Could AI actually help me change my life?

Like a lot of people, I’d used AI here and there.

Questions. Writing. Ideas. Research.

But I had never seriously asked:

What would happen I used AI properly across my whole life?

Could AI help me organise my days and finally feel on top of things?

Could it help me make better use of my time and energy?

Could it help me improve my routines, fitness, food, confidence and overall lifestyle?

Could it help me rethink my wardrobe, appearance and personal style?

Could it teach me new skills faster?

Could it help me make better decisions about money and work?

Could it help me finally turn an idea into a real business?

Could it help me understand the patterns that keep holding me back?

But this experiment isn’t really just about me.

Maybe you’ve got a business idea you’ve been sitting on for years.

Maybe you feel overwhelmed by AI and wonder whether everyone else somehow understands something you don’t.

Maybe you’re juggling work, family, ambitions and about seventeen unfinished plans.

Maybe you’ve reached your 30s, 40s or beyond and started wondering:

“Is this really where I thought I’d be by now?”

Or maybe you simply suspect you’re capable of more.

I’m using my own life as the testing ground so that we can find out together what this technology can actually do.

When something genuinely works, I’ll show you.

When it doesn’t, I’ll tell you that too.

And when I develop systems worth using, I’ll turn what I’ve learned into practical ways you can apply them to your own life.

My experiment. Your possibilities.
