Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the process once I book?
We start with a short discovery call to talk through your goals, audience, and where you’re currently stuck. From there, I put together a proposal and timeline within 3–5 business days. Once you sign off, we kick off with an onboarding session to gather everything I need to get started.
How long does a project take?
Depends on the package: a strategy session/audit is turned around within 1–2 weeks of our call. A full content strategy package usually takes 2–4 weeks. Retainers are ongoing, month to month. Specialised projects like launch strategy typically run 4–8 weeks depending on scope.
How do payments work?
For one-off packages: 50% deposit to secure your spot, 50% due on delivery. Retainers are billed monthly, in advance.
Can I book an ongoing/retainer arrangement?
Yes — that’s the Growth Partnership tier above. Retainers usually start after an initial project together so we both know it’s a good fit, with a minimum 3-month commitment and rolling monthly after that.
What if I don’t have much content or an audience yet?
That’s completely fine — a lot of my work is helping people build the foundation, not just optimise an existing following.
Do you work with brands outside my niche/industry?
My deepest experience is working with brands and creators, but the strategy principles apply across industries. If you’re outside that space, let’s hop on a quick call first to make sure it’s a good fit before you book.
How much involvement do you need from me?
As much or as little as you like — some clients want to be hands-on in every session, others prefer I just hand them a finished plan.
Do you create the content itself, or just the strategy?
Strategy and planning is my core focus. Content creation/writing can be added as an add-on — let’s talk about what you need.
Can I cancel a retainer?
Retainers run month-to-month after the initial 3-month commitment, with 30 days’ notice to cancel.
